Winter fun in Regina, Saskatchewan.  Just because the temperatures drop, doesn't mean the fun has to stop. Experience museums, attractions, free activities for the kids and more family-friendly fun right here in Regina

1.) RCMP Heritage Museum Watch out for their 2017 Arctic Adventures Family Day event.  More details coming soon.

2.) Spend the day inside at the pool for warmth and relaxation at the SOAKED Waterpark.  Ride the awesome slides and have a great time.  Located inside the Travel Lodge Hotel & Conference Centre. 

3.) Regina Floral Conservatory is our little oasis in the winter.  Experience wonderful programs like the Lil' Gardener's Club and the many other great events that they host all winter long.

4.) Royal Saskatchewan Museum has lots of educational and fun activities from daily family-friendly movies, amazing exhibits to see and meet Megamunch.

5.) Wascana Centre for a natural winter beauty experience.  They offer cross country ski trails, you can sled at Douglas Park hill or try outdoor skating on the lake.

6.) Come cheer on your Regina Pats and have a family friendly night of fun & hockey.

7.) There is nothing like the IMAX Experience.  

8.) Skating at Cooperators Centre. There is drop-in free skating or time designated for hockey.

11.) There are some great indoor, jumping facilities that kids can get all the energy out at in the Queen City like Dino Bouncers, Boomers Air Park and Get Air Regina.

12.) Rainbow Cinemas offers so many great, family-friendly movies coming out this winter.

13.) We love getting lost in the books and having a hot chocolate, it really hits the spot at Chapters Indigo.  

13.) Head to one of the many Regina Public Library Branches for free activities and programs for kids.  They offer a wide variety of programming from the kid who loves Minecraft to the artsy-crafty spirit in your household.  All programs are free and some require registration.

14.) MacKenzie Art Gallery is always a great experience for kids to check out the exhibits.  And Family Studio Sundays are free and great space to get out and create some art and take a family tour.  Check out their new winter programs and camps.

15.) Swimming at one of the City of Regina's Leisure Centres.
